Über mich
Experimentelles Arbeiten mit ungewöhnlichen Materialien und das Ausprobieren neuer Techniken bereiten mir besonders viel Freude. Für meine Bachelorkollektion habe ich Feuerwehrschläuche upgecycelt und durch kreative Materialmanipulationen ihre Vielseitigkeit gezeigt. Im Masterstudium Fashiondesign experimentiere ich weiterhin mit diesem Material und verfeinere dabei meine Techniken.
Für mich ist Fashion mehr als nur Kleidung – sie soll gesellschaftliche Themen sichtbar machen und zum Nachdenken anregen. Mit meinen Entwürfen möchte ich bewusst neue Perspektiven eröffnen und nachhaltige Veränderungen anstoßen.
About me
Experimenting with unusual materials and exploring new techniques brings me a lot of joy. For my bachelor’s collection, I upcycled fire hoses to showcase their versatility through creative material manipulation. In my master’s studies in fashion design, I continue to experiment with this material and refine my techniques.
Fashion is more than just clothing – it’s a way to highlight social issues and encourage reflection. Through my designs, I aim to open new perspectives and inspire sustainable change.

Die Thesiskollektion „Threads of Unity“ beschäftigt sich mit der Bedeutung von Solidarität und Hilfsbereitschaft in unserer Gesellschaft – insbesondere mit dem Engagement der Freiwilligen Feuerwehren in Krisen- und Katastrophensituationen. Inspiriert von ehrenamtlicher Hingabe habe ich die Kollektion „Threads of Unity“ aus Feuerwehrschlauchmaterial kreiert.
Mit meiner Arbeit möchte ich auf die oft übersehene Rolle ehrenamtlicher Helfer aufmerksam machen und zeigen, wie Mode als Kommunikationsmittel für gesellschaftlich relevante Themen dienen kann.
Die Kollektion umfasst sechs Outfits, in denen ich das Material sowohl in seiner ursprünglichen Form als auch in stark veränderter Gestalt verarbeitet habe. Durch verschiedene Materialmanipulationen wird diese Vielseitigkeit besonders hervorgehoben.
Die Kollektion verbindet Mode mit gesellschaftlichem Engagement – ein kreatives Statement für Zusammenhalt und die Bedeutung lokaler Gemeinschaften.

The thesis collection „Threads of Unity“ explores the significance of solidarity and the commitment to helping others in our society – especially focusing on the dedication of volunteer fire brigades in crisis and disaster situations. Inspired by voluntary dedication, I created the „Threads of Unity“ collection using fire hose material.
With my work, I aim to draw attention to the often overlooked role of volunteers and demonstrate how fashion can serve as a means of communication for socially relevant issues.
The collection includes six outfits in which I processed the material both in its original form and in heavily transformed shapes. Various material manipulations highlight this versatility.
The collection combines fashion with social engagement – a creative statement for unity and the importance of local communities.
