Purity - a quiet harmony – AMD Akademie Mode & Design

Giorgi Tschadse

For me, design begins with an understanding of form, function, and material. I’m interested in clothing as a functional, moving object – shaped by precision, material awareness, and technical sensibility. My approach is strongly hands-on: pattern-cutting and construction, fabric and texture are central to my process. Wearability and functionality are never in conflict with a clear design attitude – they form its foundation.

Purity – a quiet harmony

This collection explores the balance between nature and architecture, two forces that seem opposite but, when brought together, create something more meaningful. Inspired by biophilic design and Frank Lloyd Wright’s organic architecture, the pieces merge structured forms with natural elements, finding harmony between precision and imperfection. At its core, this work is about transformation—how garments, like people, evolve over time and become more themselves through wear, experience, and life. Through material choices, fabric treatments, and construction techniques, the collection embraces change, showing that purity isn’t about perfection but about authenticity. Each piece is a reflection of this journey—grounded in structure, shaped by instinct, and always growing into something new.
