Recuerdos desteÑidos explores the delicate and ethereal boundary between dreams and memories, blurring the lines between reality and the subconscious. Each piece evokes the fleeting, often distorted nature of both, capturing fragments of a forgotten dream or a memory that’s faded with time. Using surrealist elements, the collection integrates dream-like imagery with symbolic forms to convey the surreal, often paradoxical experience of remembering something that may never have truly existed.

Carla Aylen Schuemperli, aka CI (she/her), is a fashion enthusiast from Lugano, Switzerland, with an Argentinian background. Back in 2022, she graduated as a Textile Creator/Designer from the Centro Scolastico per le Industrie Artistiche (CSIA) in Lugano. Leaving the quiet life behind, she moved to the radiant city of Berlin to pursue her BA in Fashion Design Macromedia Hochschule. The designer draws their main inspiration from the boldness of Avant-garde style, the starkness of Brutalism, geometric precision, the timeless elegance of the color black, and the raw structural beauty of architecture.
