The collection “Junge Träumer” (Young Dreamers) explores the state of dreaming and the process of turning dreams into reality. The term “young” does not refer to age, but to the dream itself: new, fragile, and not yet fully realized. A dream begins as an idea an inner image that gradually takes shape over time. The collection focuses on this transitional state, where familiar structures and certainties begin to dissolve while new desires, goals, and visions emerge. The dream already exists, but its realization remains uncertain. This experience is not tied to a specific stage of life; it can occur whenever a new dream is formed.“Young Dreamers” is not a linear narrative. Rather than telling a story with a clear beginning and end, it presents a series of parallel states. Each look reflects a different relationship to order, uncertainty, desire, and reality, offering multiple perspectives on the same inner process. The designs combine historical references, military codes, surrealist elements, and constructed styling. These references are fragmented and reinterpreted, detached from their original context to create new meanings. Surrealist motifs do not illustrate specific dreams but evoke the nature of dreaming itself fragmentary, contradictory, and often irrational. Styling is a central part of the collection. More than decoration, it acts as an independent design layer. Accessories and objects add further meanings, linking the everyday with the symbolic and making inner states visible without defining them through a single interpretation.
